Upon booking your fishing trip, anglers are encouraged to contact one of the available processing services to arrange transportation and processing of their catch.

- Depending on demand and labor, same day processing may be available. Call or email the processor for more information.

- On our return to port, the crew will offer a fillet service at $12 per Dorado or Yellowtail, prices vary for larger tuna.
